ROASTING DAYS ARE MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS FOR PREMIUM FRESHNESS!

Please be reminded we are a small batch boutique Coffee Roastery and generally only do one to two large batches of premium coffee a week. This is to ensure the highest of quality and freshness to our customers, plus to avoid any wastage.

ORDERS AND DISPATCH.

Here at Main Ridge Coffee Roasters we aim for all orders to be packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) from when the order was placed. 

We use Sendle & Australia Post for all domestic orders. Orders sent via regular post should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and within 2-4 days if using express. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer depending on the courier. Rest assured we spend days chasing carriers to meet our delivery timelines, but sometimes things can happen that can cause delays within the postal services.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS.

We take great care to ensure our coffee and products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in prime condition. As a result, if any items do get damaged in transit please contact us immediately so we can organise the products to be returned and a new batch made and dispatched. If anything is lost/stolen in transit, a replacement will be organised at our discretion.

AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS.

We endeavour to produce & dispatch orders ASAP to ensure maximum freshness (except weekends and public holidays). If you need to change or cancel your order, please call or email us as soon as possible.
