ROASTING.
Roasting is one of the most important aspects of making that magical cup of coffee. Once the beans leave the hands of the farmers and make the long journey to Australia, the process must be delicately and precisely timed so that each bean is roasted to perfection.
Each and every coffee batch is tested and documented so you can rest assured that the level of quality and consistency is maintained using the power of technology.
Our espresso roasted coffees are roasted into the medium range to help preserve the underlying characteristics of the origin, yet give the brew enough strength to shine through in milk based drinks.
Under roasted or underdeveloped coffee can taste grassy, weak and generally terrible. It damages grinder burrs and is very difficult to properly extract.
